All natural with no fillers. Traditional lemon pepper using cracked black pepper and air dried Victorian lemon zest. We mash the lemon zest into the black pepper which releases the essential oils of the lemon and squeeze more lemon juice into the pulp before oven toasting.
The final product is a zesty black pepper crust made the traditional way. This is a salt free version.
