Returns are only accepted if authorised by EOA, the supplier, or our representative, and are notified with seven (7) days of receipt of goods. Any returns, credits and replacement claims must be in writing and faxed or emailed to us. Goods may only be returned by carrier approved by EOA. A handling charge may apply to the returned goods.
Any cancellations of orders must be advised to a Eyes of Adonia staff member prior to the order being picked or dispatched. Once dispatched order cancellation is at the discretion of Eyes of Adonia Management, it will incur freight charges and restocking fee.

Burning Tips
Burning Votives - Votive candles are designed to almost completely liquify. Therefore it is important to burn a votive in a votive holder or glass that is close to the same size as the votive. If not, the votive will not burn correctly or completely.
Burning Jar Candle - Make sure the wick has been trim to ½ cm before you light. Always trim the wick before lighting the candle jar each time. If the flame is too big, blow it off, let it cool down trim the wick shorter and light again. By doing the above you will find the flame will cut back down to 50%.
Pillar Candle - The first time you burn a pillar candle you need to make a memory. You should burn your candle for 1 hour per 2.5cms. A candle should never be burnt for any more than 3 hours. Keep your candle out of direct sunlight or the candle will fade and fragrance will not last. Keep in a cool dry place. If able use a candle snuffer to blow out candle, blowing can cause wick to go off centre and not burn evenly. Trim your wick, ensure it is not more than 6mm long, this will eliminate dripping or smoking.

Eyes of Adonia uses natural wax’s with the finest fragrant & essential oils. Palm wax is certified that it has not in any way destroyed rainforests or the environment. Wicks do not contain lead. Eyes of Adonia test burns all candles. These candles are made for your enjoyment so burn them!
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candle out of reach of children or pets. Avoid burning candle in drafts. Always burn your candle on a flat stable surface. Protect your surfaces by using a candle holder or candle plate.
Discard last 2 cm of candle. Do not move a candle once lit as wax becomes very hot and can cause burns. Avoid flammable materials near a burning candle.
