Your glazed ham will make a stunning centrepiece for your Christmas table. Golden, sticky and aromatic, the ham takes on a whole new depth of flavour when baked. Although a glazed ham seems quite difficult to tackle, it's surprisingly easy. But if it's all too hard and you are time poor, just slice some ham onto a plate, drizzle with the ham glaze, cover and gently heat in the oven. Just as delicious! Always save some glaze to serve on the side. (It's also good on a platter with blue cheese too!)
